Minor updates are changes to existing text, photos, hours, pricing, staff information, links, announcements, and similar content within the existing site structure.
Unused update time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, website functionality, major website copywriting, site photography or video, advanced website SEO, ecommerce, and significant website integrations require separate website scope. Paid ads, standalone CRM work, and business automations are not STWFY services and may be handled by a separate business or provider.
STWFY-managed hosting is tied to an active Care plan unless a separate written hosting or handoff arrangement is agreed.
BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Ongoing care
Basic Care is $49/month, Business Care is $79/month, and Growth Care is $99/month. Each plan includes hosting and SSL, security and uptime monitoring, platform updates, backups, and tier-specific update capacity and support.
Initial Launch Care Term
Starter, Business, and Growth monthly care begins when the website launches publicly. The first three monthly billing periods are required; after that, care continues month-to-month and can be canceled before the next renewal.
No-Upfront timing
The No-Upfront option begins billing at purchase and includes Business-level design and care for 12 months. Beginning in month 13, ongoing Business Care continues at $79 per month.
Schedule and scope
Your intake determines content, integrations, dependencies, and timing. You receive the confirmed production schedule and acceptance criteria before the build begins. New pages or major functional additions are scoped separately.
Ownership and portability
You own the paid final custom site design, subject to the agreement. If monthly service ends, STWFY provides a 30-day export link. Review the agreement before payment for the complete export, retained-material, and restoration terms.
Revisions
Your purchase includes three consolidated Design Revision Requests. After those three requests, you may accept the design as-is or purchase additional revision requests for $75 each.
Final payments
Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the agreement. The complete terms and exact selected tier are shown for your review and electronic signature before Stripe opens.
